Impact 32 is a grass-roots effort to drive year-round economic development in Bobcaygeon, leveraging the town’s natural resources, prime tourist location on the Trent Severn Waterway, and significant business and community assets to grow across all economic sectors.

Operating under the umbrella of the Kawartha Works Community Co-op, Impact 32 will identify, coordinate and assist with community-based initiatives, funding, and promotional opportunities such as waterfront improvements, marketing, beautification, and events.

About Impact 32

• Impact 32 is a volunteer steering committee made up of local business owners and community organizers.  
• The steering committee operates under the auspices of Kawartha Works Community Co-op Inc., an umbrella organization which provides shared services such as insurance, banking, and bookkeeping to its members.  Individual memberships in the co-op are $5.00 per year. 
• Steering committee members are actively involved in specific projects and initiatives that further the mission of driving growth and development in Bobcaygeon. Co-op membership requires us to have a chairperson, a treasurer, and that we keep meeting minutes and provide regular updates on the progress of our projects.
• Impact 32 welcomes as members individuals or groups with ideas and a willingness to work toward improving the prosperity of our town. There is no fee for membership in Impact 32, though some initiatives may require membership in Kawartha Works.
